To setup an account with us, click on the login Icon at the top right hand corner of the screen. There you will see the option to create en account with us.

When trying to login and you forget yourpassword, you can select Forget My Password* to create a new password.

To place an order with the items you wish to purchase; you need to add those items to your 'Shopping Cart : scroll down to 'Checkout' and add in the required information. If you need further help, you can reach out to us via email or telephone call (our contact information can be found on the about us page).

We accept most debit and credit cards; as well as cash on delivery.

You can log into your account online, click on 'My Orders", then select Return Items". You can then select the items you'd like to return. If you do not have an account with us please contact us via email or telephone call.

We do not normally exchange items. Hence, we have an option on our website where you can return the item/s us.

Items can be returned to us within three (3) business days with reasonable cause,

When you have purchased your item/s, you can select the pickup option at checkout. Once you have done that, we will contact you with your pickup date and time.

We currently do not have a storefront, but if you need items for samples; you can reach out to us by email or telephone call.

If you wish to purchase an item that is not on our website, please reach out to us by email or telephone call; and we will most certainly source your desired item/s for you.
